Here’s a look at your New Year’s Eve dinner specials:

Appetizer: Grand Marnier-infused cranberry relish atop burrata, served with Prosciutto di Parma on bibb lettuce. Enhanced with a balsamic glaze and toasted pecans.

Soup: She Crab Soup topped with Jumbo crabmeat and sherry.

Salad: Pear and goat cheese salad in a honey balsamic vinaigrette with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on Boston lettuce. 

Pasta: Lobster ravioli in a vodka tomato cream sauce. Topped with lobster meat. 

Fish: Baked flounder served piccata style with lemon, white wine and capers. Served over Parmesan risotto. 

Meat: A 12 ounce cut of USDA prime Prime Rib, served with au jus and horseradish sauce with your choice of side. 

Vegetable: New Year’s Black Eyed Peas served Tuscan-style with sage and rosemary.
